This digital library is an ongoing tribute to the work of the Music Therapy program in the College of Music at FSU. It will be updated regularly as we approach the 75th anniversary of the Music Therapy program. It was compiled by the staff of the College of Music Archives, including Dr. Arianne Johnson Quinn (Head of College Archives), and Archival Assistants Jamie Aagaard, Perry Morris, Rachel Shapiro, and Steven Stamer.
The College of Music Archives is currently accepting donations of archival materials related to Music Therapy at FSU. Holdings include two recently acquired collections: The first, the "Dr. Jayne Standley Research Collection," includes 9 linear feet (13 boxes) of items related to her research, including her award-winning inventions. The second collection is the largely-unprocessed Music Therapy Research Collection of 45 linear feet of materials, including photographs, correspondence, research materials, recordings, and other items showcasing the program's history.
